At present, Dr. Marcos Randle serves as the president, being also the co-founder of Pharus. Marcos María Randle is married and has four children. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Salvador (Argentina) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mendoza (Argentina). Additionally, he is the co-founder and president of the CEYTEC Foundation.

Dr. Randle is also the founder and director of PHARUS International, as well as the director of Pharus in Argentina. He holds the position of adjunct professor, teaching courses in Psychopathology I and Psychopathology II at the University of Mendoza (Argentina). Furthermore, he also serves as an adjunct professor in the Psychiatry and Psychopathology course within the Occupational Therapy program at the Maza University, Southern Branch, in Mendoza, Argentina.

He has published numerous articles in national and international journals, including: “Overflow and control of fantasy: The importance of imaginative activity in healthy and pathological psychological processes and the therapeutic value of managing fantasy,” (Ecce Homo Journal, Vol 1, Argentina); “A realistic approach to psychotherapy,” (APSIP Journal, Chile, 2016); “Suggestions from the field of clinical psychology” (Metanoeite Journal, Italy 2018); “A realistic approach to psychotherapy” (Metanoeite Journal, Italy 2019), among others. Additionally was is contributor to the book by MEB Lab (Mind, Emotion and Behavioral Research Lab), with the article: “Human virtues and psychotherapy” (Valencia, Spain 2019).

He is co-author of “Comprehensive Approach to the Individual,” from the Contributions to Psychology publication of the CEyTEC Foundation.

He works as a clinical psychologist at the Central Headquarters of Pharus Argentina.

The President of Pharus is supported in his executive role by a global board consisting of Mr. José Luis Chacón, who serves as the Global Director of Administration and Finance; Ms. Luisina Vidable, who is the Global Director of Intellectual Property (heritage?); Ms. Sofía Medaura, who is the Global Director of Clinical Affairs; and Mr. Lucas Cuellar, who is the Global Director of Projects. Additionally, each subsidiary has a director along with its local board of directors.
