Global organization of Pharus through different Departments

Department of Intellectual Heritage

This area is primarily responsible for overseeing the formation and training of the entire Pharus team and, at the same time, preserving and transmitting the intellectual heritage of the Foundation to all its members. This Department coordinates, plans, and carries out educational and academic activities aimed at both Pharus members and external individuals through the organization of courses, workshops, training sessions, conferences, among others.

Clinical Department

This department is responsible for coordinating everything related to Pharus in its clinical activity. In this regard, its tasks include organizing clinical case discussions, managing practical issues related to the provision of clinical care, such as schedules, allocation of consulting rooms, professionals and their different specialties, patient statistics, among others.

Projects Department

The Project Department manages the annual planning of Pharus’ activities and goals. Members belonging to this department are responsible for conceiving, coordinating, assembling, and creating improvement projects related to Pharus’ patients, professionals, and students.

Administrative and Financial Management

This department oversees the assembly and maintenance of Pharus as a company. It carries out financial statements, analysis of the Foundation’s economy, management of available resources, expense tracking, among other tasks.
